SILVERSANDS / FAQ
Your desktop setup and Deluxe bonus questions
Start with the casino you want to use. Deluxe is the no-download option; original SilverSands software needs its own setup checks. Here’s how that choice affects your next click.
Does the desktop Claim button download a program?
It opens SilverSands Deluxe through a handoff. Deluxe runs in the browser, so no installer is needed. For original SilverSands software, check that casino's current download instructions.
Which code belongs in my Deluxe signup?
Use SIGNUP100 for the 100% first-deposit match, up to R5,000. Deposit coupons require at least R50. You can't combine it with another promotion.
What would wagering look like after a R300 deposit?
A R300 match brings deposit plus bonus to R600. At 15x, the target is R9,000 in qualifying turnover. The balance may run out with qualifying turnover still left to complete.
Have I claimed anything by copying the coupon?
You've only copied text to your clipboard. Follow the casino's redemption instructions and check acceptance before paying. The website button doesn't register an account for you.
Why has the next page not opened yet?
The handoff can take about 20 seconds. If automatic navigation doesn't finish, use its Continue now link. Check the destination before entering your account details.
Can I bring SSFR400 across to Deluxe?
No, that's an original SilverSands casino code. Our bonus page separates it from the Deluxe offer. Installing an app won't transfer coupons between the brands.
Should I ignore a warning to finish PC setup?
No. Leave protection running and stop the installation. Check the file's publisher and ask casino support about the warning before opening it again.
Will browser play remove the withdrawal conditions?
No. Bonus wagering still applies, and identity checks may be needed. You need to deposit real money at Deluxe before requesting a withdrawal.
