1. Decide which casino you meant to open
Our main casino button opens SilverSands Deluxe. It doesn't fetch a SilverSands PC installer. If you're after the original casino's software, use that casino's current download instructions instead.
A desktop browser is enough for Deluxe. For original SilverSands software, confirm your operating system is supported before downloading. Don't assume there is a Windows or Mac version available today.
2. Inspect an installer before running it
Use the casino's own file link and read the publisher or signature details. If the operator publishes a checksum, compare it with the file you've downloaded using the same algorithm.
Leave device protection switched on. Stop if it raises a warning or you don't recognise the publisher. Get help from casino support before you run the file; don't try another random download mirror.
3. Treat setup and coupon redemption separately
An installed app doesn't redeem a promotion. For Deluxe, register in the browser and follow the SIGNUP100 instructions before funding your first deposit. Check acceptance before paying.
A R50 deposit with a R50 match makes R100. The 15x calculation then requires R1,500 of qualifying turnover. Read the game contribution rules before you start betting.
4. If your PC cannot finish setup
Check the supported system requirements and available storage. Keep any error message so you can describe it to casino support. Don't switch off antivirus just to force the installation through.
Never send a password or one-time code to someone offering installation help. If you choose Deluxe browser play instead, treat it as a separate casino and offer choice.
